Bathroom Design — $2,700.00
In-home survey.
Design consultation.
Design the bathroom.
Meeting with mini tweaks.
Mood board.
Direct communication with contractor.
Shopping selections at preferred vendors.
Cabinetry, countertops, floor material, tub/shower material, tile & parts, plumbing fixtures, lighting, mirrors, accessories.
Purchaser leaves with all drawings, floorplans, perspectives, and elevations, plus any product specifications.
Final fee determined after scope, size, and complexity of the project have been determined at the survey. A proposal will be provided if the project exceeds expectations.
Bathroom Drawing — $1,500.00
In-home survey.
Design consultation.
Design the bathroom.
Meeting in office.
Client leaves with all drawings, floorplan, elevations, and perspectives.
Selections: bath cabinet and hardware only.
All other items billed at $200.00 hourly rate.
Final fee determined after scope, size, and complexity have been determined at the survey. A proposal will be provided if the project exceeds expectations.
Just A Vanity — $200.00
Measurements provided by client or contractor. Client must sign off on the measurements. If the client wants Cabinets by Amy and Lauren to confirm the measurements, the fee is an additional $300.00
1/2 Hour in office meeting to select cabinet door style, wood and finish
1/2 Hour for CBAL to draw and estimate vanity
Client leaves with Floorplan, Elevation, and Perspective of the vanity.
Kitchen Design Phase I — $2,500.00

Budget discussion.
Design meeting at office with mini-tweaks palette selection presentation.
Client leaves with all drawings, floorplan, elevations, and perspectives.
Price subject to change based on the size and scope of the project.
A design proposal will be provided if the project exceeds expectations.
Kitchen Shopping Phase II — $1,600.00
Individual Shopping Trips to select the following “Pretty Things” items from our trusted suppliers: Appliances, Countertops, Backsplash, Flooring, Plumbing Fixtures, Decorative Cabinet Hardware and Lighting.
The selections of these items will help to give exact costs for the items necessary to complete your kitchen renovation. Client leaves with all product specifications.
Design Proposal supplied for projects larger than anticipated.
Kitchen Spruce Up — $1,200.00
In-home survey.
Design consultation.
Budget discussion.
Shopping trips: stone yard, plumbing fixtures, decorative cabinet hardware.
Countertop drawings for estimation.
Estimate.
Client leaves with all product specifications.
Final fee determined based on scope, size, and complexity have been determined at the survey.
A design proposal will be provided if the project exceeds expectations.
Other Rooms — $1,500.00

Total Home Assessment — $1,000.00
Basement-to-attic walk-through.
Identify inefficiencies throughout the house.
Pick our brains about potential fixes and spitball costs.
Create an “order of renovations” master list that can be triaged on a financial and sensible timeline throughout the ownership of your home.
Move to phase I and start creating practical solutions based on real-world budgets and design.
